Dance workshops
At Elite Training Academy, we offer dance workshops during school holidays for ages 4-11. Our dance workshops aim to provide a fun environment for children to learn dances, play games, create props and make new friends.
What to expect
Each workshop will have a theme which the children will explore by learning dances and creating props. At the end of the workshop the children will get a chance to perform what they have been working towards to family and friends.
A typical day
Our workshops start at 9:30am and always begin with an introduction and games to get the children settled in. After an introduction we move onto a physical warmup to prepare for dancing. Depending on the theme for the workshop we begin learning a relevant dance. After a break and morning snack we continue learning some dances and play dance games. At noon we break for lunch and go outside for some fresh air! The children love playing outside with their friends. After lunch we enjoy creating artwork and props ready for our mini performance at the end of the day. After arts and crafts it's time for a snack. We finish the day with rehearsing our dances on the stage and setting up for our performance. After a full day of dancing, creating and fun it's time to go home at 3:00pm.

Here at ETA we strive to create a fun and safe space for children to enjoy their school breaks whilst staying active. The workshop is perfect for children who have a love for dancing and performing and allows for children's personalities to shine. The friendships formed at our workshops are always a joy to watch and we see children remain friends and become super excited to return to our next workshop.

Our workshops are posted on our instagram and facebook when they go live so be sure to follow us. usually workshops go live 1-2 months before but this varies. Once the workshops are announced you can book via our form button below.
