Street Dance is naturally rooted in hip hop, funk, house and rap and therefore helps teach musicality and dynamics. Street dance allows for a more creative side of dancing and allows room to become expressive through dance. It is upbeat and high energy so is a great form of exercise.

Jazz involves high-energy and dynamic moves. 

Jazz helps to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, endurance and musicality. From floor work, jumps, leaps and kicks, jazz dance is a fun way to explore music.

Tap dance helps improve balance, coordination, control and rhythm. The feet become instruments which helps to understand musicality and gives freedom to create beats and rhythms.

Contemporary combines movements from ballet, modern and jazz. Contemporary takes inspiration from classical styles and invites more freeing movements. Floor work, breath work, improvisation and musicality are fundamental techniques in contemporary.

Strength is a key aspect of dancing and allows dancers to work on balance, control and flexibility. This class involves working on core and body strength, stamina, stretching and technique to aid dancers in all styles of dance. This class is suitable for ages 8 and above.
